Please note returns are not accepted in the event of miss ordering due to ordering the incorrect size, colour or item.
In the unlikely event your order arrives which may not be as ordered, please get in contact with us immediately and one of our team members will open up a case for you and arrange for the goods to be returned to us whilst we rectify the issue and make it a priority that you receive your order as soon as possible.
If you've chosen to have your order delivered, we ask upon arrival to please inspect the pallet/pallets for outer damaging and to unwrap the goods and check for any damage inside before signing for the delivery and the driver leaving. We ensure all of our orders are thoroughly wrapped with extra added protection around the outside of the goods before dispatch. If there was to be any damage made during transit please do not accept the delivery, notify the driver and we will deal with the claims team of the haulage company whilst we send you out replacements.
